In the development of the provisions of article 17 Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009, Green Travel DMC, rejects exploitation, pornography, sexual tourism and other forms of abuse of minors, warns tourists that the sexual abuse is punished criminally and administratively in accordance with current legal provisions and undertakes to report any case related to CSEC. Green Travel DMC Rejects the commercialization and trafficking of species of wild fauna and flora. Law 17 of 1981, Ministerial Resolution No. 1367 of 2000, Decree 1608 of 1978.
